Collaborative Projects
The projects which involve more than one company or firm as a role player are called collaborative projects. In this case the work load which is divided between the collaboration stake holders equally or on a certain percentage. For instance in a collaborative project, if a company inputs sixty percent of the required workload then it also takes sixty percent of the profit. The man power which is involved in a collaborative project is also shared between the collaborated companies. In some instances the venue of the work also varies between the collaborated companies. The technology which is used to design the project is decided between the collaborated companies on the basis of the meetings which are conducted.
Ways of collaboration
Some projects particularly soft ware projects work on the basis on the type of expertise in terms of collaborated projects. For example some projects which are collaborated extract technical expertise from one company and the management requirements from the other. In this way as the type of tasks which are extracted from one company are different from the other. In this way there is no interference and conflict of tasks as well. This type of collaboration also encourages the emergence of individualistic attitude. Hence the level of creativity is improved. Now days any project is not a one man show. Every result which is produced is a team effort and the standards of results also depend on the coordination in the team. A collaborated project is a tougher task as compared to a project handled by a single company. Hence the expectations also face a rise. The company logo which is used in a collaborative project should be able to project the image of all the companies. How ever for a collaborated project, more than one business logo can exist.
