Creating The Jelly Effect Review

Let’s have a look at making the jelly effect design. First open Photoshop and create a new document from the file menu. The size factor of the document has to be adjusted before the design is made. Now select the drawing tool and make a circle. The lower end of the circle has to be adjusted in a manner that it appears dented. Now this is done using the distort tool. The next step is to change the color combination. The color combination in this case is orange. For the color combination, the gradient overlay tool is used and the appropriate combination is produced.  After the color combination is finalized, the size of the shape is adjusted again. Create a new shape that is similar to the previous one. Now place the shape in an overlapping position. The color of the new created shape is white that produces an empty shape as well. Now once the empty shape is created, the left lower border of the older shape is copied. After that the layer for the first orange colored shape is selected. The lower part copied is pasted on the shape in the upper section as well as on the lower section. In this manner, it seems that the layer has been overlapped and that there are various folds on the shape. This overlapping produces a soft touch and in other words a jelly effect is produced.  The technique is simple and extremely creative if followed in the right sequence.
